Waited a wayyyy too long in line, was very hopeful and excited. Only to get home and notice there was no sauce or cheese on my 3 way, and somehow onion rings?? I even asked for extra bbq and I got nothing. Sorry but I’ve been to several of the North shore beef spots and this was an absolute flop. Not to mention how over cooked and thick the beef was. Never again.

My husband and I went there. The food was good and tasty. However, I expected more than just 4 chicken fingers in a portion for that price. The place has high ceilings, music playing, and the air conditioning works well. There are also tables outside if you prefer to eat outdoors. The restroom was clean.

We came in from a long way waited at counter for about 10 minutes had at least five or six people work behind the counter making food, but no one addressed us at the counter finally when they came in we realize you had a kiosk so we did the self checkout and in the process of doing the self checkout the lady was able to take care of four customers as well we did the checkout so we got dropped back in line and back in line. We love your food. The atmosphere is ok It’s very subdued wasn’t very happy with the service and always love your food.

My fish sandwich was one of the best I have ever had.The Cole slaw is awesome. Roast beef sandwich also one of the best. Comfortable relaxing atmosphere unlimited fountain soda.

We were wicked excited that Kelly’s finally opened after many long months of passing by construction.

The food taste as what I remember the Kelly in revere minus the hungry seagulls and sand. I thought there was definitely some consistency in the Kelly’s brand.

The food taste great!

We went to the drive-through and ordered only two things. The drive-through had a long line and I could see why people were not willing to wait there. Obviously depending on the order depends on how long you wait in the drive-through.

Once we ordered the whole belly clams and lobster roll. When we finish paying there is only one customer waiting for their order because it must’ve been a complex or massive order because there were 3 cars that had already received their order and left. The Kelly employees do make you standby with the car near the side door for orders that may take a little bit longer to prepare.

When we finish paying for our transaction, our order only took two minutes to be delivered to our car in the drive-through We were expecting longer wait times after submitting our order, but we did get our food in a timely manner.

I think that once they open their doors to have eat-in, that comments of soggy fries and food will go away. I think the community needs to be a little patient with the shortages of workers.

I would definitely order again I had a great experience 😁
