I walked-in without an appointment for a wheel alignment on my car. The shop’s technician immediately began to work on it. Staff service was great! When the wheel alignment was completed, I was informed that left rear control arm needed to be replaced since the camber was slightly out of spec and could not be adjusted further. I will be back to this shop ASAP for the control arm replacement.

Overall excellent 👌 Arrived at appt. Car was checked and alignment work was carried out to fix a minor problem. This was completed in say an hour. Even prior service quote to tire purchase balance, install, and alignment was at affordable when compared to others with Michilin brand. Thank you Team.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went to get an oil change. Spent 2 hours waiting. Shortly after getting home, my driveway was covered in oil. Notified Tire Choice. 2 weeks later, I haven’t heard a word from Tire Choice. Not a single word. Do not take your care there if you want a ruined driveway. After going back to have them fix what ever the issue was, it was still leaking oil. Finally had to take it somewhere else to have it corrected.

I have had a lot of work done on my car at two different locations. Santee staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They do quality work at a fair price and I am happy with the results. They treat you well. I’ll be back if necessary. Tony is wonderful and mechanics are A+!

Well, it started like what seemed to be was going to be a good experience. I was taken home and told that my vehicle would be ready by 2 or 3 o'clock after several phone calls and being lied to / 3 different people. After 3 o'clock, I didn't get my vehicle until 5 o'clock. Coming to find out that they had squirted transmission fluid all over the place under my hood. Left a RAG in there. Did not tighten the battery terminal on the positive side.\n Also left fluid on my coil Springs up front. My bumpers were covered with greasy ham prints. When I called back, Tony said they don't disconnect the battery, but the photos and the paperwork that they gave me showed that they did, I was stranded and unable to get home after stopping at the grocery store, my advice is avoid the Santee tire choice at all costs they treat you Like you're stupid with their lies. They lied to me about the time to receive my vehicle back lied to me about that. It was ready lied to me that they did good work. I have photos, and if I had more energy, I would take them to court. I'm looking presently for a place to clean my engine compartment and get all this fluid off my nice Chevy, Silverado truck.
