Austin was great! We spoke about the areas I wanted him to work on and he worked just on those areas. He checked in on if I was comfortable and if he needed to adjust the pressure. Austin was very professional at all times.

Great experience, got right to work, friendly, very professional and would check in often on pressure. Worked on a lot of my stressed areas and helped release the tension I had in my shoulder and back. Definitely going back!

Hand &Stone In Orem is a fantastic spa. I have had massages from several different therapists and everyone has been a positive experience. Today was with Sicily and WOW! She was amazing. She listened to me and it was a great experience. I left feeling much better. I have struggled with back issues for years and the care I receive there has really made a difference.

I got a membership here so I get to go once a month for a cheaper price. I've been getting prenatal massages with Amy that help so much with the aches and pains of pregnancy. She'll focus extra time on my back or legs, wherever I'm hurting the most! The staff are always super friendly and fun to chat with. Highly reccomend! ❤️ Treat yourself!

Update: I have been visiting Hand & Stone regularly, and each experience has been truly positive. The massage therapists are always attentive and professional, consistently helping me manage my chronic back pain and enjoy a more fulfilling life. I opt for the Deep Tissue add-on, which has made a noticeable difference by relaxing my muscles and reducing spasms. Most recently, Vanessa assisted me, and although it was my first session with her, she expertly addressed every knot and tension in my muscles. Vanessa was wonderful—she ensured I was comfortable with the temperature of the massage bed and demonstrated both skill and kindness throughout the session. Her friendly approach made me feel at ease, and her thoughtful suggestions proved invaluable when a particular muscle resisted relaxation. I am looking forward to booking with her again!

Went to Hand and Stone in Orem, on a recommendation from some great friends. I asked for Austin on the basis that I needed someone who could really take care of some very kinked muscles. Austin was exceptional! I found he knew exactly what my muscles needed and at no point did I feel overexposed or immodest. He was a true professional, plus at Hand and Stone you have access to a button you can call those in the front to you at anytime as a safety measure. What an amazing feature. I will definitely be booking with him again.

Chloe at the front desk was awesome! Her kindness and knowledgeable. She took extra time to answer my questions and help me find the services that best suited my budget and needs.
