Today is the Labor Day. We are on a road trip from New York to Michigan. On the way, we visited Cuyahoga national park and stayed in a hotel in Stow, OH. Early morning on our hotel parking lot, we discovered by accident that one of tires on our Tesla model y developed a crack without hitting any pothole or curb to our huge surprise. We started to call Tesla service, but it was not open because of the holiday. The same thing happened to many other tire service stores. Lucky enough, we found The Choice Auto Service centers. The manager, Dennis, was able to source a suitable tire and fix the problem for us. We were able to get back to our trip again. In addition, he also tried to help figure out why we had such a rare case of tire wall cracking. With his help, I was able to take pictures of the damaged tire inside and out to build a case against a tire quality issue. We were lucky to get such a wonderful service. Thank you!

great customer service!! both the manager and mechanic were super helpful and honest about what I came in for. they took extra steps to ensure I was good to go, and the tire they replaced was more cost-friendly than other places I've been to in the past. very thankful for the insight and advice I was given on top of the quick, efficient service!

I was originally towed here 5/27 after my car wouldn't start up properly/go into gear, had to be convinced to check my car after they tried to state it was only transmission issues.

They checked my car, found the main issue to be the catalytic converter and O2 sensor. They had me apply for a payday loan before parts and services were even done, which made me put $29 down. I was told the parts would be in by that Friday or Saturday. I had to call on Saturday for them to even tell me that all the parts weren't in. I wasn't able to get the car fixed until 6/2. When the services were completed, the total didn't match with the payday loan I applied for. I had to get another loan and put another $29 that I didn't have down. When I asked if they found any other issues with my vehicle, they said they found nothing else. I'm stuck in a parking lot right now waiting for yet another tow, and get yet another set of repairs I cannot afford. These initial issues cost me one job, and now I'm worried they'll make me lose another.

I called the number provided by the owner. Using option 2 leads to HR with options that are seemingly only for internal employees (recruitment, employment verification...)
The final option in the list was to press 0 for more questions. Pressing 0 automatically ends the call. I have called several times to try again, only to get the same result. I was unable to reach customer service through the options provided. I tried to leave a voice mail at the number provided, but my call was dropped as I was recording.

I’m satisfied with the services. I got 2 tires and an oil change. I hit a curb on the way to work , and blew out my side wall. I called Tire choice and they got me into a walk in and fixed me right up and I was very thankful! I will be getting the two back tires replaced as well. And most likely going there to get a whole vehicle inspection and getting vehicle up to par and running good. Thank you for your services!!
