I have been doing upgrading to my laundromats for the last month and I want to say that the experience has been amazing! We have 3 locations and we are converting from coins to a card system at all three and at one location we installed a bunch of new washers and dryers. The installers, Tom,Reno, Nick,Joe P., Jorge, Joe D and Mike were incredible!! They were nice, knowledgeable, quick, methodical, driven, and caring. They solved all problems and those that they couldn't solve, they involved Abimael, who was also smart quick and determined to solve the problem when it came to the software issues on the convert. Even Chris Schultz came out to work and help with the install (along with a young lady who was awesome, didn't get her name). Overall, my experience was great and we couldn't have had a better crew of people to help us with our journey!! Jim, Lauren and Mary these guys need a nice lunch and a couple of drinks!!! Thank you again for the great service, Terrence

I could not be more grateful to Jim, Chris and the entire Midwest team as they helped me navigate my first ReTool. Jim sold me some top notch Five-year-old Dexter’s, Chris helped walk me through installing Laundroworks at both locations, and The entire team couldn’t be nicer. I had an opportunity to chat with them at Excellence and Laundry this past week and it was nice to meet them all in person. When I buy my next location in a year, Midwest will be my first call.

Highly recommend Midwest Laundries. Their customer service has been amazing from day one. We run a yoga studio and rely heavily on laundry and their team has been incredibly responsive, reliable, and easy to work with. Anytime we’ve needed support or had a question, they’ve been quick to jump in and help. It makes a huge difference having a partner we can count on.

We worked with Midwest to retool and renovate our laundromats, and it was one of the best decisions we’ve made as business owners. They didn’t just give general advice they told us exactly how many machines we needed, designed an efficient layout, and pushed us to invest in the right technology. We trusted their process, and the results speak for themselves. Our stores are now generating 3x the revenue they were before. If you’re serious about growing your laundromat business, I can’t recommend them enough!
