I’ve had other companies come out and put a “Band-Aid” or temporary fix on our HVAC system leading for the problems to continue soon after service. I’m so glad that the professionals at The Service Pros sent out an amazing and knowledgeable technician out to not only fix our problem but give me tips and tricks about how to service and maintain my HVAC unit, esp in Fl with all the sand and all the pets we have. Everyone at The Service Pros were extremely kind and polite and reached out to ensure everything was done to satisfaction! Super happy with the services they provided and I will definitely be using them and only them in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality HVAC work.

I am a GC and also own a property management company, so we deal with AC service calls ALL the time. These guys are great at their jobs AND straight shooters. They were able to respond on a Sunday (Father's Day) and fix an AC for my tenant with a young baby when my two regular vendors said they were unavailable. Guess who my regular vendor is now!

Timothy came to do a maintenance on my AC and found an issue I wasn't aware was causing issues. The coil was very dirty and he cleaned it, replaced the filter for me. He cleaned inside air handler and the outside unit. The air is blowing so much better now. Thank you so much!!

Lamar went above and beyond for me and my family. By far, I would not use anyone else for my air conditioning needs. He didn’t try to sell me a whole new unit like some companies would have. Instead, he found the real problem, fixed it, and saved me thousands of dollars.
I was even late to the appointment, and Lamar waited for me when most people would have left. That says a lot about his character and customer service. He has helped me at multiple locations, and every time he has been honest, professional, reliable, and fair.
