Purchased my first pair of boots from this location and relied on the salesperson to help with sizing. Went with their recommendation of snug fit and let it break in.

After a year of off-and-on wear and bringing in my boots to be stretched twice they are still too snug.

I wish I could exchange for half a size up or a wide size.

So you’re own sizing research ahead of time.

Went in to get a graduation gift and had the best experience. Lauren was knowledgeable and super fun to work with. She helped my sister design a branding pattern that loves. We will definitely visit again and hope to see Lauren.

My fiancé and I had a great experience at this Tecovas store. He had ordered boots online and came in-store for an easy size exchange as well as branding. The employees were very willing to help with any request or questions. Collin did an amazing job with branding them. He was very patient and offered great input. Thank you!

I ordered a pair of Tecovas boots online, but unfortunately they did not fit. I didn’t know there is a Tecovas in Raleigh so I went there to return my purchase. Colin introduced himself and helped me with a replacement pair. I was incredibly impressed with his knowledge and especially his patience. I think I tried on six or eight pair of boots until I found the ones I really liked. If you go to the store, I suggest you ask for Colin as he is super nice and tremendously helpful. Oh, and their boots are awesome.
