The care that I received at Hearing and Brain Centers has been wonderful, but more important, I would like to say that I love my hearing aids! I had poor hearing in my right ear, was almost deaf in my left ear, and was suffering with tinnitus when I came into the clinic in 2022. Dr. Sparrow did a thorough examination and fit me with Oticon hearing aids. My hearing improved immediately, but I did have some issues at first. I am a musician, and music did not sound right. It was pretty frustrating. I kept wearing them though, and suddenly one day music sounded normal! It just took a while to adjust to them. My hearing isn’t perfect now, but it’s so much better, and I hardly ever hear my tinnitus any more. One advantage I have is, when I am in a situation where it’s noisy or the speaker is very quiet and it’s difficult to hear, I can turn them up so I can hear better. One of my favorite things about them is the Bluetooth connection with my iPhone. I can take phone calls and listen to audio books and podcasts through my hearing aids! I think they are so much better than the earbuds that fit in people’s ears for this purpose. My hearing aids stay on much better and are practically invisible! I have been on a leasing program and make a monthly payment. Twice now I have had one or both replaced with new ones (including upgrades) when they gave trouble without an increased in the monthly payment. I know hearing aids have had a bad rap in the past, but the technology today is truly amazing. I put them on first thing in the morning and take them off last thing at night. I don’t find them uncomfortable at all. I am so glad I have them!

I have been working with Dr. Sparrow for over 20+ years and through all those years him and his team have been more than amazing. They are always friendly, knowlagable, excellent customer service, and have bent over backwards to make sure i was getting the best equiptment for the best price and did whatever they had to to help me accomplish that goal of hearing clearly. And I cant say enough about how his staff Shellene and RacheI truly care about their clients. Always happy and smiling, and go out of their way to make you feel like part of the family. And they have the best treats in town to for while your waiting!! They are THE BEST!!!!!♥♥

I lost both of my Hearing Aids and after a week went in to see the doctor and I was really pleased because he gave me options and one option worked really well for me so now I have new Hearing Aids without paying an arm and a leg for repeats. I also like the location of this office and the people who work there are really nice and helpful. I also think the Hearing Aids are great.N

I was in town visiting and the hard plastic piece on my hearing aid broke rendering my life functionally very difficult. Home was far away. And my original audiologist was booked out for 3 weeks.

These guys showed up as Oticon Servicers. They took me in immediately and fixed my hearing aids within 15 minutes no charge. Honestly they made a huge difference for me. I’m very grateful. Thank you.

Dr. Sparrow, a PhD of clinical audiology, (NOT A hearing aid dealer) has been servicing my aids for 5 years. Hearing changes with age. An audiologist can adjust the settings on these aids to fit your new change. This service is no charge in many instances. These tiny little aids are adjustable and do not belong in the drawer. Don't waste you money on cheap aids or poor service. Get the best and get service to clean, repair and adjust them, frequently. With a good fit, they should not hurt to wear them all day, every day.. Do yourself a favor. Good hearing is essential.
