We were in a bind at Glens Army Navy when the first heat wave started in July. Our 2 mini splits on one end of the store and 1 large antiquated cooling unit on the other were offline. 2 days in a row the crews from Arctic were on the job at 7am sharp and fixed both problems in a timely manner. They were fast to respond and to get them online again. I would highly recommend them to others.

Very responsive and very quick. Our AC went out July 2 evening. We called July 3 morning and they were there within an hour. Part ordered and instilled the following Wednesday. Very reasonable price and very polite. Thank you for the quick response and fix especially during a holiday weekend.

Artic Heating & Cooling was great. Our gas hot water heater quit working yesterday morning and they fixed it the next day. I contacted 5 other plumbing & heating companies before finding Artic. None of the others were able to get to it for a week or longer or they didn’t work on gas water heaters. The technician was very good, friendly and efficient. He fixed the issue in a half hour. Thank you, Artic!

We are extremely pleased with the results and customer service that we had with Arctic. It was a very easy process and got the job done very quickly. You couldn’t even tell the technicians had been there besides they left behind a great new furnace and a/c unit. I’d definitely highly recommend them to anyone!!

The team at Arctic did a phenomenal job assessing an issue we were having with our water heater. They kept in clear communication with us, and were able to get someone out to our house on a holiday. They quickly learned the issue was electrical, and had their electrician, Brian, come out the next day. Brian kept in communication with me all day providing me with updates so there were no surprises. He was able to assess the issue quickly and did an amazing job fixing it right up for us. He put in a ton of work and the rate was very fair for the service provided. We will certainly be going to Arctic in the future should anything else come up. The whole team is amazing!
