Came to customer service at 12:40pm on 6/25/26 and the blonde girl snapped at me “I got it!” When trying to explain where the product was leaking. My family and I stood with our mouths open we were suprised an employee would speak this way to a customer. Also an employee on break he cut infront of us to check out a few things he ignored us. Need better customer service. There is a woman who works self check out a lot she is an example of who you should hire, that woman is the best and the reason I come here. But these teenagers.. just fire them and buy robots.

Produce section is routinely trashed and understocked. Third time in a row we’ve gone to the meat department to get a steak trimmed. Big sign right on the counter that says “we will trim any steak to your preference” only to be told by Yasser that he refuses to cut a steak.

I have avoided this location more and more. The customers service has always been lacking, however, today the employee at the customer service desk was flat-out rude. It's worth the extra miles and effort to go to the Gallatin Marketplace or north Hendersonville locations instead as their customer service is always excellent and they are friendly!

Me and my family have been shopping here for years when we lived in Hendersonville.. it's a great store with tons of options and variety. Very clean and has a Starbucks!

Great store. This store is clean and well stocked. Lots of fresh produce. Nice selection of fresh cut flowers. The deli has plenty to choose from if you are looking for a pre-made lunch. The store is stocked. All the staff is friendly and helpful. There is a Starbuck if you need to grab a drink.
