Maria was excellent. Her customer service skills are top notch and helped me with a notorized document that I needed to complete. And she was very friendly and personable. I will be going to this store moving forward.

Viral & Jyoti were so nice to me each time I visit the UPS store at the Osceola ParkWay. They matched my price with the Canva, even helped me redesigned my flyers to more better version plus I have them ready right there and same minute. You guys are amazing. You got me for all my designs.

I have to use this UPS store on many occasions. Primary is Amazon returns. I have used them recently for Banner service for an event. I was VERY Happy with having it done at this location. I returned and asked to laminate a few items as well. They offer a lot of services here that have come in Handy that the store is local. Staff here are friendly and helpful. As a returning customer I highly recommend this location.
