We had an amazing airboat tour with Chad! He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to teach us about the local wildlife, plants, and ecosystem. We learned so much while exploring beautiful, breathtaking scenery.

Chad made sure we were able to spot alligators and never rushed the experience. He patiently answered all of our questions, including those from our children, which made the tour even more enjoyable.

His kindness, professionalism, and passion for what he does truly made this one of the highlights of our Florida vacation. We are so grateful for this unforgettable adventure and highly recommend booking a tour with Chad. Thank you!!

It was ok. Nothing memorable. Here a bird, there an alligator, and a few snippets of fun facts.

The boat is loud. I mean really loud. They give you hearing protection to use. I was thinking “ do they clean these things after people sweat in them” I don’t want to know!

Go during cooler days. You will
roast and burn otherwise. Bring a small towel, you will thank me later. Sit in the front, stay to one side. Several yahoos stood a lot and we could not see over them. Some people are just into themselves with a screw everyone else mentality. I almost fed that lady in front of me to a gator mom!

They have a gift shop and you get to hold a gator and take pictures after the ride! In my option the best part!

We had a group of 5 who had never been on an airboat but I'd say we all were eager to go, having seen these boats on t.v. on Wild Kingdom and Flipper. There is a welcome area with a gift shop and small gator. There are rest rooms. There is an education building with information on indigenous animals. They also have large turtles and some double enclosed gators. We watched turtle feeding time. They provide ear protection you take along if the boat gets loud. They have life jackets. Our captain, Tanner, was an excellent driver and he pointed out alligators, gave information regarding nesting, rearing young, growth rates, told us bird species and gave a bit of differences between lakes in the area. He also answered our questions. I noticed 4 elementary-aged kids on our boat who were interested and engaged. We enjoyed this outing a lot. You can get your picture with a small alligator, too. We took the 10:00 ride. This would also be good relief from the Summer heat because you get some shade and air movement. We recommend the outing.

Our experience at Tom and Jerry’s was nothing short of spectacular, largely due to Captain Randy being an absolute master of his craft. He strikes the perfect synergy between deep environmental education and sharp humor, making the tour as engaging as it is informative.

I was particularly impressed by his technical expertise; he meticulously maneuvered the boat to ensure guests on both sides had optimal vantage points for wildlife and photos. While I managed to get some shots of the establishment before we left, I found myself so completely immersed in the beauty of the marsh and Randy’s insights that I actually forgot to take any photos once we were on the water a true testament to how captivating the ride was.

From the incredible variety of bird species and turtles to the sheer number of alligators we spotted, it was uncanny how Randy knew exactly where to find them, especially the babies. My husband, our 9 year old, and I had an unforgettable adventure, and we will definitely be back to ride with Captain Randy again!

If you are looking for the best place to take your family and friends for a ride-look no further! This was hands down the best air boat experience I’ve ever had. Captain Dexter was an absolute delight. He not only provided an unforgettable day of fun; he taught us some extremely interesting facts about the ecosystem and each animal as we saw them. You can tell just how much he loves and respects the wildlife. I would highly recommend their team to everyone. Perfect for all ages!
