My parents have a 5 year old CRV. The battery died on them today. I jumped it and took the car straight to this Autozone. They ran a free diagnostic and then upon purchase of the battery, they replaced it for free. The staff was helpful and the location is convenient to Menards and Meijer's. It is a brand new location. The parking lot is sparkling. No stains from late night radiator fixes or leaky drain plugs yet. Highly recommend.

They were very short staffed due to the upcoming bad weather but still took the time to recommend and install windshield wipers on my work vehicle. They are the best!!

I’ve never left reviews anywhere but the experience I had at this store was so disappointing. I went in for two things. I said what I needed and who I’m assuming is the manager told his employee to just sell me the parts I needed but expect to see me come back to return them in a few days. 🙄 I let it slide cause wtv. I was asked for my car info and I gave it. Only to be looked at with a grin and asked what model it was as if I’d have no clue what they were talking about. At that point I was done. I left it at that and walked out. Guess if you’re a woman you’re automatically wrong about what your car needs. The one on south green river was more helpful. Staff there were there to work and actually help. Don’t know whoever these guys were but they need to get a grip and do their jobs instead of belittling their clientele.

I went into store number 5733 on N. Green River Rd. in Evansville, Indiana to get my car battery changed. It was the best price because I’ve called around but the service was absolutely impeccable. They were ladies working in here. One was helping me change the battery on my fob while the other one changed the battery in my car. I haven’t even been here 30 minutes. I recommend them highly their perfect Mixture. Talk to text. Doesn’t quite get it.
