Don’t bother considering this waste of money. We were recommended and guided to this terrible place. Our AC couldn’t get fully inspected after purchase three months ago. I was going to have it re inspected and extend the warranty. UNTIL our AC randomly started having issues. Turns out it was MINOR! So take high caution as to why they neglected it and denied it in the first place without contacting our inspector who literally brings them service. They will pick at anything to deny and stand by it. The claim was automatically denied before they asked questions. The inspection paperwork stated it couldn’t run the full inspection locally here when the temp is below 65. It can damage the AC system otherwise. I am SO glad they ignored my request to speak to a supervisor for over a day. It really showed me not only did they not give a damm about our situation. They are happy to snatch up your money before asking if yall are okay. You have to ask yourself. Is THAT who YOU want to protect you, your family, and your home? Not us. Thankfully we are military and love to spread word around that our local inspector is sharing one of the worst warranty services out there. Thank you for being unprofessional for such a matter as this because we were able to find a better option. Don’t bother apologizing either. I’m sure y'all have a long list of neglected clients that should of been called days ago. Oh and the issue was a recent break within the past 5 days. They chose to deny and stuck by it. They don’t give a damm about your situation or calling you back on time either. If policy is all y'all give a damm about. Fix it because you can’t change what inspectors have to follow for legal matters.

I've been a member for over 10 years never once have I had an issue whether a repair or replacement. Courteous, prompt no hassle service from initial call to completion. God willing I'll get another 10 years !

I’ve been with this company at least two years, the staff is friendly and professional. A portion of most of my claims have been paid. Many times I’ve had to find my own service person of which I have no Complaint. Once your invoice is submitted, it is approximately 30 days before you receive your reimbursement if it has been determined that the company will support the repair. If you submit automatic payment, then it is deposited directly to your account. You’re notified by email that QuickBooks has issued a refund. I gave a 4* rating because every transaction was not seamless, but would be an unrealistic expectation. So far they’ve been the best company so far that I’ve contracted with and that gives them a four star. There’s always room for improvement.

I've had two experiences with Complete Protection, and I couldn't be happier. There are no hidden surprises in their contract, and they have abided by the terms. In the past, working with warranty companies always felt like a bait and switch, where you could only use their vendors, and their vendors were overbooked. Complete Protection doesn't hold you hostage. You get pre-approval on the work, get the work done, and turn in your receipt. They even covered the service fee. I never thought the day would come when I gave the nod to a warranty company, but these folks are above board.

My Warranty Company is Better than Yours! Complete Appliance Protection did it again. My house was hit by lightning destroying just about everything, including two furnaces and two air conditioning compressors. Without any hassle CAP sent Payout Authorizations for all four units. Seeing that I was claiming these on my insurance, and the fact that CAP has always protected us, I gladly returned those authorizations. Thanks CAP for always being there for us!
