Called to ask if they had a plant I was looking for lady said yes. I told her that it was a pretty good drive for me could she check to make sure there was some there she assured me there was without checking. Get there and guess what there wasn’t any. Trip wasted…

I bought 3 pine trees that died only to find out that there were these tiny bands wrapped around the base that I was not made aware of and couldn’t see when the tree was full of green branches. I went back here to ask for some help and they said “Sorry, there is nothing we can do. We can’t give you a refund or a discount towards replacements”. How was I to know I needed to search the tree for hidden bands around the trunk.
