We have used Cal-Air since they first opened. They have been to our house a few dozen times over the years. We have always liked their service techs, especially Josh. We have had problems with our AC system the last couple of seasons. They have been to our house (8) times and have spent over 4K with them just in the last year alone. I have noticed though the last few times we have called them that Del and Britney both have had pour attitudes. Del has even asked me the last two times I have called him "why don't I call the guy that originally installed our system?"

They know my wife and I both have health problems and breathing problems and we need our AC working well at all times. It quit working altogether yesterday. I called them this morning when they opened and it took me an hour and a half to get a hold of someone. Del called me back I told him what was going on and he said it would be (4) days before they could get someone out here. I reminded him of our health problems and asked if they could get to it any earlier and again, with a poor attitude, he asked me why didn't I call the guy that originally installed our system?

I ended up calling another local HVAC service company and they said they could get someone out tomorrow, and possibly even this afternoon. I text Del and let him know. I gave him the opportunity to make it right and his response was "you may need a company that has more service techs". This is the owner of the company saying this to a good long time service customer of theirs. Unbelievable and very disappointing!

Cal-Air Mechanical exceeded my expectations. Josh came out today to replace our compressor and was outstanding from start to finish. He arrived on time, was extremely professional, and took the time to perform the repair correctly instead of rushing through the job. He thoroughly tested the system, explained everything he found, and identified another issue that could have caused the compressor failure. It’s obvious he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job right. I highly recommend Cal-Air Mechanical, and if you get Josh as your technician, you’re in excellent hands. Five stars!

Cal-air Mechanical did a superb job on my new home installation. Any issues were resolved quickly and Del is so very knowledgeable in the HVAC industry. I’m glad I had the opportunity to have Dell & Brittani complete my HVAC.

Cal Air is professional, reliable, and affordable. They always provide excellent service. When we’ve had plumbing or heating emergencies they have always responded urgently, with same day service, even when they had a fully booked schedule. They are also flexible and understanding when it comes to working with your schedule and will make sure the job gets done right when you need it completed.
They offer payment plans with larger jobs, such as when we had our AC and furnace replaced, which helps tremendously when you have an unexpected repair bill.
Their technicians are honest, hardworking, experienced and friendly. We have utilized their services for years now in as Callaway County residents and will continue to refer anyone to Cal Air that needs heating and plumbing work. They simply are the best around!
