I’ve lived here for about two years. It started off great, but the quality has declined significantly. The laundry facilities are constantly unreliable, with machines frequently out of order. I’m in Building 9, and the apartment below mine is extremely loud — I’ve had to call the police multiple times and have reported it to the leasing office, yet nothing seems to be done.

I also pay required pet fees for my animals, but the residents below appear to have pets without permits or payment, which is frustrating and unfair. The lease also states a two-vehicle limit per household, yet they consistently have three or more vehicles parked here with no enforcement.

Overall, I’m very disappointed at this point and can’t wait to move. I would not recommend living here based on my experience.

First and foremost, I truly appreciate the fact that my dogs are welcomed in this community. I have two pit bulls; and because of the stigma attached to this breed; finding residence has proven to be an uphill battle. Furthermore, the office staff has come through for my wife and me on more than one occasion. They are easy to talk to and very understanding. And lastly, maintenance is always on point. They are very prompt in responding to work orders for repairs and get the job done. Kudos to the folks at Cumberland Green Apts.

My husband and I lived here for a little over a year before our jobs took us elsewhere and we had to sadly leave the area. The staff was amazing, and maintenance was quick to fix anything when we put in our orders. Our neighbours were very respectful, nobody was too loud, and staff gave us adequate warning for major repairs regarding paving with helpful markers for where we could park during the process. I’ve lived in a different apartment complex since leaving Cumberland green, and staff communication is very different. We know how spoiled we were with this being one of our first apartments we rented.

Sorry, I've been hacked and just saw this review and have just updated it. I've Been here since December 4th 2015 and for the most part I do enjoy it here. No matter where you live there's always problems, some big some small. It's apartment living but most are good neighbors. The best part is they are dog friendly, no breed or weight restrictions, that's hard to find. I'm looking forward to renewing my lease for the 9th time in several months.

Great place to live, well worth the price. Management is on it. Any problems in thee apartment, they handle it quickly. The staff is very friendly. Property is always maintained clean and sharp. Going on 2 year's here and my family and I love it here. All rooms are very spacious and great closet space. My kid's love that there's a pool, and spend almost everyday there during summer break, pool is well maintained. Neighbors are friendly, and never all in your business.
I recommend anyone looking for some where quit and clean to live Cumberland Green is that place.
