Came in extremely sick & impatient while they verified my insurance, but the young lady in the front took great care of me & reassured me she would straighten it out for me when I wanted to leave. The back staff was equally as pleasant, fast, efficient, and helpful including the medical assistant & the nurse practitioner. Thanks ladies.

Went to AFC in Vestavia today for a minor skin injury, and I was 100% satisfied with the facility, the staff and the doctor on site. Check-in process went smooth, the office was spotless and the doctor saw me within a few minutes of being taken to a room. I highly recommend AFC to anyone in need of urgent care! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrific! No one there when I walked in, and three very friendly and helpful people at the desk got me through the registration. Immediately in to see the person who immediately confirmed that I had an ear infection; prescribed an antibiotic and sent it to CVS, and it was ready 30 minutes later. This is a first-class operation, so glad that it’s close!

I will recommend anybody to come here the staff was amazing they were quick and professional...Miss Dara at the front desk was very helpful not to mention Miss Gina & Miss Chasaray was amazing... I was impressed with the whole entire staff if anybody want to know this is the place to come to far as your DOT physical or any needs that you may have I love this place...

Everyone was so nice. After checking in I was called back within a few minutes. The doctor was easy to talk with and quickly decided the best treatment. The front desk staff and tech made sure I was taking care of in a timely manner.
I have used this office before and always have a great experience.
