I had my yearly maintenance check-up on my geo-thermal unit on Monday, October 5th, and I'm very pleased with the service. The technician, Jared, was cordial and pleasant to talk with. He went about his work in a professional manner and took the time to answer some questions I had about my system. Jared performed several tests on the unit to make sure it was in great running condition, which gave me confidence that everything was in order.

I appreciate FTS Heating and Cooling for providing such reliable and thorough service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC maintenance or repair.

Fts installed a ductless mini split system in my home and did exactly what I asked for. All of them technicians were polite and professional. If you need heating and air services don't hesitate to call fts.

Andrew serviced my furnace and air conditioner today. He was very efficient, informative and friendly. He advised me of things I needed to consider being fixed or replaced without being pushy. I definitely would call this young man and company again.

Jared called and let me know he was arriving. He is a real nice, professional gentleman. He seems very knowledgeable and explained everything he did after asking my permission. 5/12/26 Trevor,the technician, provided professional, knowledgeable service repairing our system that had a failed electrical connection. He made a new connection and performed multiple diagnostics on the condensor(exterior unit) as well as the interior unit/ air handler. Advised me of the potential future issues of certain components because of amperage draw that was high and other criteria. He was very thorough, personable and I highly recommend him and FTS heating.

We have two separate systems, at our home,and this was the older unit and I have scheduled an appointment with their sales team to provide an estimate for a new system as this unit is old and has already outperformed the typical lifespan.
Their team has made follow up calls to gage our satisfaction and have made a highly favorable impression as well as providing a quality service.
