The staff here were incredibly courteous and helpful during our pet’s boarding stay. The suite we chose included a live camera, which allowed us to check in on our dog anytime. That level of transparency added an extra layer of comfort while she was there.
The team was very professional and clearly understood our needs. I really appreciated their communication and willingness to accommodate us throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area

Louise and her staff do an excellent job taking care of my fur baby, Lola. She is so happy to stay for daycare here. Lola had her first boarding overnight and it was good knowing the staff took good care of her. Love their Deluxe Suite which includes a bed and camera to watch to see how they are adapting to their sleeping quarters. I wouldn’t have Lola any other doggie place…Thank you for all you do in providing the very best!

The Paws Chateau staff do a great job caring for our Lexi while we’re away. She’s happy when being dropped off and happy when picked up. We love being able to check on her via the camera and the staff make you feel at ease coordinating her care.

I and my dog love paws chateau. Louise and Todd and everyone that works there is wonderful and obviously adore dogs. I have done doggy day care and training classes and now boarded my dog there. She is always happy to be there and comes back relaxed and tired but content. Highly recommend.

Paws Chateau is Sophie’s favorite place, and the team’s friendly customer service makes every drop-off/pick up feel easy and welcoming. They pay attention to the little details (e.g., feeding & meds instructions etc.) and genuinely care about each dog as an individual, not just a number on a schedule. You can clearly see that with how happy and well-loved Sophie is when she’s there

This is a wonderful place with amazing people who truly love animals and do their best to make them happy while their owners are away — so your dog simply doesn’t have time to miss you. My Luna was very happy to stay at this hotel for three days, and I think she’s already starting to miss her new friends.

Paws Chateau is fantastic. The dogs love going there and the staff are phenomenal. We have 3 dogs, one is a special needs 19-year old and the staff give him all the extra love he needs. My kids love watching the doggie cam too. Highly recommend!

We are beyond thrilled with the care and love our puppy Baxter receives at Paws Chateau! From his very first day, it was clear this place is something special. Baxter absolutely loves going—every time we take out his leash, he gets so excited because he thinks he’s heading to Paws Chateau. That kind of joy says everything!

Whether it’s doggy daycare or overnight boarding, the team at Paws Chateau treats Baxter like family. They’re not only professional and caring, but they also truly understand and love dogs. We recently enrolled Baxter in their one-week training class and were blown away by the results—he came home with new skills, better manners, and the same happy personality we adore.

Paws deserves 10 stars. They are the best and only place to take your fur baby to and we would not take our pup anywhere else. Louise (owner) is an Angel. She can read a pup as soon as she sees them and the attention to detail in every aspect of your stay here is amazing. The whole TEAM at Paws are amazing, they are professional, caring, loving and you can tell that each and everyone cares about your pups stay and will do anything to make it a tremendous visit.
