My burrito was made with zero care. Thrown together and smushed and smashed while trying to roll it up. Burritos should be able to be eaten by hand, this was a mess. No one cared or tried to make the food their best. Major disappointment.

The last 2 times we’ve ordered from this Chipotle, we had to take our burritos apart and SEARCH for the meat. It was 99% rice, and about a teaspoon of meat (note: those are burritos that are supposed to have BOTH barbacoa and chicken on them).

Beyond this, the chips are consistently stale.

The staff have been friendly, and my order is always ready for the time I’ve put for pickup, so that’s a bonus I guess. Was super excited to finally get Chipotle in our neighborhood, but these experiences are quickly souring their reputation.

The food is exactly as I expected it, delicious and fresh just like I’ve had it when I visited in the states. I ordered the hardshell corn taco trio with the Carnita, chicken and shredded beef.
Their customer service, how they handled a small volume of people and the knowledge of what goes with the meals, needs some work.
This location had a small upstairs loft for dining as well as the main floor for dining. Stairs to go to the loft was nice and quiet.
Very modern atmosphere

Chipotle in Barrhaven delivered exactly what we were craving—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. We had a mix of tacos and a burrito bowl, and both were excellent. The ingredients tasted fresh, the portions were generous, and everything was well-seasoned with that signature Chipotle flavor.
The service was quick and efficient, and the staff was friendly while keeping the line moving smoothly. The space was clean and well-maintained, making it an easy and comfortable spot to grab a meal.

If you’re in Barrhaven and in the mood for customizable Tex-Mex, this Chipotle location is a reliable go-to.

At every Ottawa Chipotle the atmosphere is nice. Their restaurants are all new build, so the interior is clean, fresh and modern.

Chipotle's problems in Ottawa however is often how small their portion sizes are and how bad their customer service is. At this location, the portion sizes weren't generous (unlikd BarBurrito for example), but the sandwich was filling and their chicken is exceptional as always, so they deserve a high score for food.

The surprise however was their customer service. It was very good at this location ... the staff were pleasant, interactive and friendly.
