We booked Heritage for interior painting of three rooms, largely based on their history of positive reviews. Unfortunately, I feel like we were working with a separate business entirely. Communication was lacking and scheduling was stalled until the very last minute.

I felt like an inconvenience each time I reached out to request information on the scheduling process (3x). Ultimately, I did not did not receive the time of arrival until 14 hours beforehand after I followed up to request an update. I am not sure how this works for customers with busy, working schedules.

Today the actual work was completed and finished around 330. I had several areas of concern (see photos), so I sent a text and called the project manager around 345 to discuss how the issue could be resolved. At the time of this review, I still have not received a response.

Positively, the employee who did our initial quote was pleasant, knowledgeable, and on time. Things unfortunately went downhill from there. I am sad to have written this review.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Jason provided a very detailed estimate, that included the whole scope for our project. Krista worked within our tight schedule, around other home improvements and was able to accommodate our requested schedule. Darwin & his crew arrived on time and went over everything before his crew began work to ensure all details were accurate. Caden, our project manager, was on site at the beginning of the project and stopped in during the project. He made sure all details were being followed correctly. He also did a final walk through at the end of the project ensuring our satisfaction.
I would highly recommend Heritage Painting. We are extremely happy with the results, high quality of work & attention to detail all at a great price. Thank you Heritage Painting!

I couldn’t be happier with the job Heritage Painting did on our home. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and the estimate was clear and honest—there were absolutely no hidden charges.

I reached out to five different companies for quotes, and Heritage Painting stood out immediately with their customer service and promptness. They were responsive, professional, and made the whole process easy.

The painting crew was just as impressive. They were informative, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. Whenever they had questions, they asked right away to ensure everything was exactly how we wanted it. That level of care really stood out.

One thing that really impressed me was their attention to detail—they even asked to come back for an additional inspection after a windy day to make sure the paint application was consistent and not thinner in any areas. That kind of dedication is rare.

The quality of work is truly top-notch, and the attention to detail shows in every part of the finished product. I’m incredibly thankful and grateful for the work they did and would highly recommend Heritage Painting to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and high-quality painting company.
