Comtech went above and beyond with their excellent service on Thursday evening, May 28, 2026. Our server went down and our business communications / data processing totally stopped. Comtech assisted our IT Administrators until the early morning hours with a loaner server. This enabled our company to be back in business on Friday, May 29, without missing a beat. Comtech is truly our IT partner that ensures our business continuity.

ComTech has been working with my company for several months now, and I've had great experiences with them each time I've needed help. Amber Witham scheduled a call to talk with me personally about some Scam/Junk emails I had been receiving. She solved the problem quickly! Most recently, Aidan Macpherson reviewed a ransom scam attempt to my email and gave me full assurance all was well and the malicious sender was blocked. Our business recently had a phone system installed by ComTech, which was a replacement for another service provider. We are very pleased with our overall experience. Everyone we worked with from the initial consultation, to the installation team, to our staff training, were efficient and professional. On top of all that, there was no down time for our system transition, and the call quality was greatly improved over our previous system. I definitely recommend ComTech.
