This was the nicest staff and dentist I have ever gone to. They definitely make you feel at ease. I am usually terrified going to the dentist. Dr. Adams was great. He was very understanding and helping me with a clear plan to get back on road to recovery. Exited to get my teeth fixed. I would recommend them to anyone. They are awesome.

I have seen Dr. Hansen since I was a child and now bring my whole family to Austin Creek. My kids and husband have also had a wonderful experience with Dr. Adams. This practice is exceptional. Most recently they got my daughter in last minute for an emergency and were wonderful talking through options. They have always been conservative with treatments and remember details about my family. It feels like we can always be seen quickly when needed.

My first experience at Austin Creek Dental was very positive. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist, and the waiting area is well appointed. My hygienist, Julie Newcomb, was fabulous! She was warm, friendly, and a clearly an expert in her field. She executed a pain free cleaning, and checked in frequently to make sure I was comfortable. She’s undoubtedly the best I’ve ever had!

I recommend the North Meridian location 💯. I have been thru 5 dentists in the last 8 years prior to this one. The front office staff arrogant attitudes and billing folks incompetence usually ruin it for dental offices.

But Austin Creek staff and billing folks are all beyond amazing. The front office staff are extremely respectful, welcoming, and kind. This makes for a pleasant trip to an otherwise unfavorable place (dental work yuck).

I haven’t had a single mis-billed service since going there for the last year, and they work with me to wait for payment until the claim clears insurance, so that I don’t end up with a credit on the account…Since it’s anyone’s guess how much the insurance company will ultimately pay.

Dr. Adam’s is friendly, excellent at what he does, and makes sure that I understand the procedures and the “why”. He doesn’t make me feel like I’m going to die as soon as I walk out of the doors if I don’t get the recommended dental work done asap.

​My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Hansen for well over 20 years now, and the experience has always been top notch. Even my dad started seeing him on my recommendation after moving here over 10 years ago. I am writing this review today though, because of the exceptional and very professional treatment by the new-to-me hygienist, Taylor Larsen! Honestly, 11 stars out of 5! She listened to some new issues I have been having, recommended some things I can do to help, relayed the information to Dr. Hansen, and then explained her rationale for flossing and polishing prior to cleaning and it was brilliant! Who wants to have polish rubbed into sore gums after a cleaning?! I appreciated her professionalism, and asked her to please be my new permanent hygienist and to never leave. Give her a huge raise, Dr. Tim!
