Our beef and signature ribs are sourced exclusively from the Midwest, known for superior marbling, tenderness, and flavor. We proudly serve fresh, locally sourced seafood, often brought in straight from the docks by friends and fishermen we’ve known for years. Our chicken is free-range, and every dish is prepared over our one-of-a-kind, cast-iron, wood-fired mesquite grill, delivering a bold, unforgettable flavor. All entrées include the fresh vegetable of the day and your choice of rice pilaf or our signature mashed potatoes. Finish your meal with one of our house-made desserts, crafted fresh daily. Pair your dinner with a drink from our full-service bar featuring premium cocktails, local and imported beer, and an extensive wine list. Our wine program honors JK’s long-standing tradition of offering exceptional selections at every price point, because a great bottle should always have a place at the table. Read more
