Mario was exceptionally helpful and thorough with our whole process, from explaining some of the smallest things during the pre-approval process, to answering every question we had while looking at our contracts. He was professional yet fun to speak with. Linda was also very great and kind while contacting us during the underwriting process. Overall we were very happy with everyone involved in this experience and grateful for the help they provided to make everything run smoothly for us!
