Based on early conversations during the vetting process, I knew GreenMellen would be able to bring the functional improvements our site so desperately needed, but I never could have imagined how much the copy and design would improve, as well! The process began with copy-focused back-and-forth to perfect our company's story-telling. From there, we went into function and design. They have an amazing workflow that allows for 3 rounds of QA; it was exactly what we needed to nail the outcome.
Halfway into the redesign, we discovered a backend problem and GreenMellen jumped in with solutions - even though it was not part of our original scope. They introduced us to a new CRM system that we decided to integrate in real time.
