Disgusting! Hard to believe you were ok with sending out brown moldy lettuce for someone to eat. Tried to get a refund on the app and the "virtual assistant" did nothing. Did you make it with your eyes closed?!

Grateful to never have had a bad experience at this store. I live in the area and I prefer to get a burger from here of all places around, or a chicken wrap (they have the best imo) they also have TACOS on the app. I had a burger king hater say the liked this location. Thanks to the management and staff for keeping this a good location on day and night shift.

I stopped here on my way to work. It was 11:23pm when I placed my order. Only 3 cars ahead of me. At 11:27pm there was only one car before me. They handed the customer a bag and then the car sat there for the next 14.5 minutes while they waited for an item that was not ready. Instead of moving them aside and serving us in line, we had to wait for this car to get an item. By the time I arrived at the window, it was 11:41pm. I pulled up and my food was still not ready. The guy was taking an order and did not even acknowledge me. After 23 minutes of waiting, I get no food. I waited for 30 seconds and left. I tried to call the store for the general managers name, but surprise, no one would answer. They were not busy. Only three cars behind me after 17 minutes of waiting for a car to get an item. Worst store service I have ever had at this chain. Unfortunately it's my favorite burgers and I find this indicative of most of their stores. Or they close early. Either way, it's not easy to get food here at any location I have been to in San Antonio, if you can even find one.

Never get sweet tea from this location! I took a sip before knowing it was thick and gelled and had white floating bits in it. It tasted like plastic. What tea still pours out when the cup is vertical? Tried to call to give them a heads up that it needed to be changed out but no answer. Burgers and fries we ordered were normal Burger King quality.

I was trying to place an order online however I could not see where to remove items from the burger to have it my way.... So I went inside and a lady who was just coming into work stopped to help me very nice of her got it taken care of got my order.....
I got a Whopper and I got some cheese tots which I did not like at all they tasted like a biscuit mix and that's all I could taste... though I saw pieces of tater tot in there but I could not taste the potato so I won't be getting those again...... It was just like eating dough.....But the burger itself was very fresh lettuce crisp....nice red tomatoes and I appreciated that cuz I only eat hamburgers about three times a year.....
