I received excellent service from the OBM Roofing representative (Hugo). He thoroughly inspected the existing roof and then explained the necessary work and OBM's approach, using a model. The quote followed promptly, was very clear, and included photos. Although we ultimately chose another company to complete the work, I have nothing but praise for OBM's professionalism.
