Mario was great. We had a leak in our foundation on an older house, as we took down the wall to inspect, we found a complex network of issues causing our flood. MMT was knowledgeable and prepared, took the time to explain the issues and the possible solutions, fairly priced and quick - it is the first time someone has been waiting on us. What was a complex leak with foundations, and drainage was quickly repaired quickly. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Had a wonderful experience today with MMT Waterproofing consultation. I asked for an estimate to install a French Drain. The consultant actually informed me that I should not install a French drain, and demonstrated a better way to funnel the water using an aluminum drainage pipe and threading it along my garden wall. Other companies gave me estimates, based on pictures I sent to them. It was great to have such an honest assessment of the situation. I'm just sorry, they don't actually do this kind of work.

I had a leak in my basement after a big rainfall, called Mario and was so impressed that he came out the same day. He truly loves his work and is very knowledgeable.
The crack had to be fixed from the outside, so we had to wait till spring.
He was so helpful with his tips on keeping the water out till then.
His team did an excellent job and cleaned up very well.
His communication was excellent, always responded quickly.
Mario is one in a million, he is so honest, trustworthy and kind.
Truly appreciate the hard work.
