This is one of the best managed and safest apartment complexes in West Nashville. The apartments are in great condition, most residents are very nice, and the commute to Vanderbilt is ideal, only about 15 minutes.

Nellie, Kaytlyn, and Mike are truly amazing people, always kind, professional, and helpful.

We read through the reviews before moving here, and after living here, I would like to point out that many of the negative reviews are simply not fair.

Roach infestation: This is mostly a personal housekeeping issue. As long as you keep your apartment clean and don’t leave food on the floor, you shouldn’t have a problem. This is the South, where roaches naturally exist in a hot, humid climate.

Gate always broken & speed bumps: This is not management’s fault. If the gate is broken that’s because someone just can’t wait five seconds for the gate to fully open and hit the gate. I personally saw a pickup truck almost hit the gate right in front of me. It’s a good thing we have that many speed bumps.

Trash piling up: Some residents are either too lazy to open the dumpster door and leave their trash on the ground expecting others to clean up after them, or they throw away items that are obviously too large and end up blocking the dumpster opening. But the management is quick at cleaning everything up.

Dog poop: I have occasionally seen dog poop around the property, but never on the sidewalks, and not to the point where it has bothered me. Most dog owners here are very responsible. Keep in mind that this is something you’ll likely encounter at any dog-friendly apartment complex.

Overall, we’re very happy living here. We hope the current management team stays and continues enforcing the community rules to keep this a great place to live.

The Lodge Bellevue is truly a wonderful place to call home. From the moment we moved in, we have been impressed by how beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained this community is. Surrounded by nature, the property offers a calm and relaxing environment while still being close to everything we need.

What stands out the most is the exceptional management and service team. They are always approachable, responsive, and genuinely care about resident satisfaction. Any maintenance request is addressed quickly and professionally, and they always make sure the issue is fully resolved.

A special thank you to Kaitlynn, the Property Manager, for her outstanding leadership and support. She is always approachable, attentive, and willing to help with any concerns. Nellie is equally amazing—she handles resident questions with patience, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help.

I would also like to sincerely recognize the maintenance team—Carl, William, Mike, and Ellie—for their dedication and hard work. They do an exceptional job keeping the community in excellent condition and ensuring residents are taken care of. William, in particular, is always a pleasure to work with. He communicates clearly, follows through on requests, and consistently delivers high-quality work.

The amenities are fantastic. The clubhouse is beautiful, the pool area is always clean and well-maintained, and the grilling areas are readily available for residents to enjoy. The entire property is kept in excellent condition and reflects the pride this team takes in their work.

One of the things we love most about The Lodge Bellevue is how resident-focused the community is. The team goes above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere through regular resident events and celebrations. From Friday donuts, Wine Down Wednesdays, pool parties, Easter egg hunts, Photos with Santa, and holiday celebrations to fun treats like pizza days, cookie days, ice cream socials, Fat Tuesday cakes, St. Patrick’s Day events, and more—they consistently find ways to bring residents together and make the community feel like home.

It’s clear that The Lodge Bellevue puts residents first. The staff genuinely care, the property is beautiful, and the sense of community is unmatched. We absolutely love living here and highly recommend The Lodge Bellevue to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-managed, and resident-focused community.

Maintenance personnel Mike comes prepared to handle any issue that arises with these apartments. He came out this evening and unclogged our HVAC drain line with a prompt response. He is a very respectful guy with great manners. This was a good experience, as we have seen other maintenance staff be on their phones in the golf cart for long periods of time despite us having work orders unfilled in the past. Thanks again Mike!

We moved in a few months ago and have loved living here! Great location, not far from downtown and the apts are huge with big balconies. It’s also safe which was important to us. Mike and maintenance did a great job on our work orders, always in the best mood. The girls in the office kaitlynn and Nelly are great as well! I would recommend living here and it’s only 10min from downtown which we liked bc living downtown was too expensive and way too many people and traffic.

I've been living here almost a year now and just renewed my lease for another! The staff are absolutely amazing, the prices are affordable, and its a beautiful area with minimal traffic (for Nashville). They have great events all throughout the month, my favorite is getting donuts every Friday morning!

If you love a nice bath, these apartments have the best tubs I've seen in a rental! The apartment is really nice, spacious, and maintenance is incredibly responsive!
