I stayed at a long term suite for over 5 weeks and had an amazing stay. I am back at my own home and sometimes will find myself missing that room. The kitchen is super well equipped. The balcony in my suite is top notch. I enjoyed many evenings and mornings on that balcony. The staff were amazing. Jasmin in the breakfast area was always so helpful and kind, along with the rest of the kitchen staff. The front desk was always so friendly and accommodating, namely Brooke who was always so encouraging. Trey, the manager was incredibly accommodating of my special needs. I would highly recommend this place and would love to find an excuse to stay there again.

Newer hotel. No complaints during our stay. Perfect location for walking to Daikin Park and resturants in the area. We didn't have issues, but I could see the potential for delayed check in and valet parking due to high volume at the hotel.

We stayed in one of the extended stay suites to go see the Astros. It was only a couple minutes walk from the stadium to the hotel. It was also a great spot for spending the weekend downtown exploring. They have a great selection of snacks and food in pantry in the guest services lounge. The only thing I was not completely satisfied with was the checkout for the snacks. It's best to just go to the front desk to purchase your items. The breakfast was really good and the staff was very good about getting things refilled. There were a lot of people there so they definitely had the work cut out for them. Thank you so much for a great stay for a great birthday weekend!

Great location downtown. New hotel hi rise combining the Staybridge and Holiday Inn. The reception on the 5th floor combines them both (take the elevator up from the small lobby). The 5th floor hosts the shared services (bar, breakfast, pool deck and gym). Check in was painfully slow, but I appreciate it was busy due to the World Cup. Our suite was ideal. Full kitchen (stocked with everything you would need), very comfortable beds plus a sofa bed. Pool deck looked nice (albeit the pool was a bit cloudy). Some rooms around the pool had balconies with sun beds. The gym is well equipped. Coffee bar and mini market. Full bar, which is great. Lots of restaurants nearby. Valet is $50 but use your favorite parking website and find it for $15…Breakfast options are ideal for a ‘free’ breakfast. Aside from the organized chaos, I highly recommend.

Spent 3 nights in May to see a play. Fantastic, friendly staff all the way around, clean rooms, breakfast was good. We did have an issue with the cable reception and asked to switch rooms, which they did quickly. Unfortunately we had the same issue in the other room. We're old and like to watch TV at night, so it was somewhat inconvenient. They were kind enough to give us a credit when we received the bill. If in town again, we will certainly stay there again. I highly recommend this location.
