Very confusing as a customer trying to find out the status of my truck. Also why one service i asked for is not on the invoice! Very hard to contact the dealership service reps. Then services were done(?) But i still needed to approve on the app? I will be telling the dealership management to check my review as a customer of theirs and my experience on the paying side. Now im sitting at the dealership,since the app scheduled a Uber, but the dealership just started looking at my brakes rotors(which was not the app work order. But on the service side)Horrible on the customer side(im paying for these services from the dealership!!!!!) Service department has no idea why i got a ride here now, since they are 30 minutes out from knowing the status of my rotors and what to do!!

This DMS is just behind all the other systems. Been using it for almost 2 years and because it is cloud based, it takes forever to save anything. Multiple stores across the nation have the same issue. They have so many useless tools. No in person training. Good luck getting ahold of anyone. For this system being as new as it is, it feels like its out dated. I can do more with CDK, Reynolds, Automate, and X times for example. Feels like you have to take 2 steps back to take one step forward.

From a Fixed Operations point of view, This is the absolute WORST DMS in existence, whatever dark alley, 1980s Atari reject of super slowness they pulled this out of they need to shove it back in and quickly. I am sure my 1987 Commodore computer is way quicker and I think a typewriter from the RMS Titanic off the ocean floor would be quicker than this snail speed DMS.
