Terrible.
They have managed my property for 2 years and I have been consistently disappointed with how they handle my account.
Late (or no) monthly payment, unauthorized repairs and mainenance, banking errors, complete lack of communication with owner.
Terrible.
(I'm being generous by giving them half a star: once, when I called, the receptionist was actually friendly and helpful!)
