I have been going to this dental office for about 20 years; the staff are polite and friendly. My dental hygienist Kelly is wonderful. I couldn't ask for a better experience with the staff hygienists and dentist Dr. Khouri. The dedication and attention to detail is top notch.

I previously went for a check up and cleaning. Yesterday was my first filling. I'm amazed at how welcoming, kind, patient, and knowledgeable everyone here is. I was worried about trying a new place but am amazed at what an incredible experience it's been. I would recommend this place to anyone, including kids and people who are nervous at the dentist. The whole team go out of their way to make it a wonderful experience.

For years, it's been hygiene visits but it's time to repair/replace older work. Different dentist team but same great balance of personal expertise and technology plus concern for my comfort and well-being. Procedures explained in steps and timelines given, no surprises and no discomfort. Quick follow-up on one minor issue, no waiting and no charge for "warranty""work.

2026 - 03: I started with Dr. Ball so long ago, before moving to St-L and creating Innes Dental at the corner...and, I was recently reminded that I've been seeing my same hygienist for 20 years.
Obviously, there's more than habit keeping me loyal: the practice is professionally run, reception and billing are charming, services are explained in full detail and never hurt, physically or financially, parking has never been a problem and I've always gotten my preferred time and date for visits.
Completely satisfied and more than that, impressed 👏 👌.
