I love that we have a place like this now available in North Bay. Some parts for vehicles are astronomically overpriced. This at least gives you that option to get things you need for a vehicle that doesn't necessarily have to be brand new at a reasonable price. You just have to remove it yourself

Went and picked out a single seatbelt from a 2004 Ford F150. They wanted $65 plus tax. Pretty unreasonably priced. Decided to get a brand new one for $25.00 instead.

Pretty disappointed and frustrated as I bought parts and one of the ladies at the desk said that i could return the parts if they don’t work and get full cash back or on my credit card. That was a lie when i went back to return them that’s when they informed me it was only store credit.

If I could give zero stars I would!

Absolute waste of time and money. They lie about pricing and what they have available. Can’t get through by phone to actual locations, and you are sent to international call centres who give inaccurate pricing.

Also lied and said there was machinery and an operator on site to help lift larger parts on to trailer, not accurate.
They wait until you waste a trip there to tell you pricing that is double what the call centre says. Also they allow people to go at vehicles with saws a rip them apart and then don’t monitor or update their website with accurate descriptions of what vehicles are available and what condition they are in.

My family drove over 2 hours one way, just to come home empty handed because they lied about everything!! Don’t waste your gas or time on this place!

On site stuff are very friendly and helpful.

However I wasn’t very impressed with the call center people I dealt with.
I wasn’t aware I needed to call a call center to get a quote. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with someone I could barely understand due to their phone quality as well as them speaking extremely fast with a heavy accent. 45 minutes of describing my vehicle, sending pictures of it and nickle and dimeing me, when I’m sure the staff on site could’ve easily looked my vehicle over and had a quote in 10 minutes.
