She is great. She was able to help me even though I did not have appointment Professional and friendly. Kept me posted of the status of my car.
My car was ready when promised and I even got a complementary car wash.

I live 8 hours away from the dealership. Bought an used vehicle online. We communicated on the phone and email. Sales person Will and Finance manager Jairo were very clear and straight. They gave me the exact numbers without any additional cost or fees, no hidden charge or anything.

When I actually got to the dealership, they prepared everything for me. I just needed to sign some documents, and my car was shiny and ready to go. Very professional and high integrity in business. Worth 5 stars.
