This year was a tough year for our family, we first lost our sister and then 3 months later we lost our mom. I called Allay cremation when my sister passed at 5 o’clock in the morning, from the start till the end they were kind, helpful, safe, and professional. Once my mom passed I already knew who was going to help us, and they did. Again, same professionalism, same kindness, and same treatment. We requested cremation services and for the quality of professionalism and for the services they provided, Allay cremation was worth every penny spent. They were the most comforting and easiest part of our grief process and we are truly grateful. Josh Gonzalez, Patricia, and Lawrence were the people I spoke with and all of them were exceptionally helpful, caring and professional.

I am incredibly grateful that I found and chose Allay Cremation to care for my mother.
When my mother was in hospice and nearing the end of her life, I was navigating completely unfamiliar territory. Wanting to be prepared, I called Allay in advance so I wouldn’t feel rushed or overwhelmed when the time came. From my very first conversation with Allay, I knew I had found the right place.
Everyone I spoke with was compassionate, patient, and genuinely kind. They never treated our family like just another case—they always acknowledged our loss, expressed their sincere sympathy, and answered every question with care. Simply knowing what to expect brought an incredible sense of comfort during such an uncertain and emotional time.
After my mother passed away, Allay arrived at our home very quickly (within about two hours) and handled her with the utmost dignity, gentleness, and respect. That meant more to our family than words can express.
Josh was exceptional throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way, from the death certificate paperwork to the timeline for my mother’s cremation. He also coordinated the delivery of her ashes, allowing us to choose a day and time that gave our family the opportunity to emotionally prepare and be together when she returned home. That thoughtfulness made an incredibly difficult moment much more peaceful.
Losing a loved one is one of life’s hardest experiences, but Allay Cremation removed so much of the stress and uncertainty from the process. Long overdue review here. I can only say that Josh and team were amazing. We had to decide what to do last minute for Mom, and everything was taken care of no problems. On Christmas Eve.. Very smooth and seamless. And in the process, compassion and empathy were front and center. I can't thank Allay and Josh enough for making this challenging time a bit easer to navigate and see through.

Allay help us with my mother's remains back in October 2025. I found them because of the Google Reviews and I have to say the reviews don't lie or exaggerate. Josh, Lawrence and the team were absolutely amazing through the entire process. They handled everything and guided us through the process with compassion and heartfelt care. Can't recommend enough.

I am long overdue for this review. Our son died as a result of an auto accident in 2022. We lived in Virginia, he was in LA. What we went through that week was nothing I would wish on anyone. I found Allay online, and am so glad I did.
Once our son had donated his organs, he was transferred to the LA County medical
examiner’s office. They had him for three very long weeks. Lawrence was wonderful. He kept in contact throughout those 3 weeks.
Lawrence was the one bright spot in what was a few weeks of hell. He was so kind and understanding, I can’t thank him enough. The compassion and empathy he has for those of us struggling to navigate the death of a loved one is truly remarkable.
