Pacific Auto Tow Center provided excellent service during a very stressful situation after my accident. The entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient.

I especially want to recognize Marco for his outstanding help. He stayed in constant communication with me, patiently located my vehicle in a complicated university parking structure, helped arrange the right tow truck to safely remove it, and ensured it was delivered to the Tesla Collision Center without any issues.

Marco was professional, responsible, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. His calm and reassuring attitude made a difficult day much easier. Thank you, Marco, and thank you to the whole Pacific Auto Tow Center team!

My car was impounded to this yard. Paid the fee to get my car out of the yard. The kid didn’t know how to drive manual, so he requested I drive my car out their yard myself…. Not a problem
Asked for my keys, he states they are inside the car.NO KEYS INSIDE MY CAR!!
Then I go thru this whole headache afterwards. Him offering to pull my car out with a forklift, maybe the police kept my keys, “I forgot the truck driver dropped the keys off later on”.Tried giving me a different key that wasn’t mine I proceeded to see what the hell was really goin on, as I had already paid for my car to be released, so I went ahead and called police ,after being threatened by someone the kid spoke with over the phone to be removed from property for not wanting to leave . And after all this one of his drivers showed up, was cool, calm and tried helping me by moving my car out their lot down the street. The kid magically walks inside and come back out ,gives his tow truck driver my key , and my car was driven out . All this nonsense for what. I don’t get what the whole point of this confrontation was about .All I gotta say is , very unprofessional and makes me wonder what the whole point of all this was about ? It should never get to the point where I call the authorities to get my car out, if I was refusing to pay that a different story… But this is just ridiculous…

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this tow company, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. My ebike wasn't registered, and I discovered that the only way to get it registered was to obtain a VIN check at the DMV. However, this company refused to release my bike so that I could take care of that. It's an infuriating hall of mirrors—no matter which way I turned, they seemed more interested in racking up fees than helping me resolve the situation.

I even had a one-day DMV use permit, thinking that would help me get my bike back, but they still wouldn't budge. My in-person conversation with them was recorded, and they openly admitted that recent changes in 2026 regulations have made it nearly impossible to navigate this mess. It felt less like a legitimate business and more like a scheme to trap people in a cycle of fees.

I’ve had enough and have filed a lawsuit against them. I will continue to update my review as this unfolds, but for now, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this tow company. They’re a nightmare to deal with!

Our vehicle was towed to Pacific Autow Center. Upon arriving to pick up the vehicle we found out that All of The Sudden the vehicle wouldn't shift gears!!!! The vehicle functioned perfectly prior to the tow. Yousef from Pacific Autow Center said they couldn't help me, but could only tow it back to my home FOR $255 !!!! Remember the car worked BEFORE being towed! SOMETHING Felt off! We chose to call our insurance company and have the vehicle towed back. The driver (NOT FROM Pacific Autow Center) said this is a tactic performed by some Towyards to MAKE You PAY More $. The Insurance companies driver took out his tools and RECONNECTED the gears that Somehow came disconnected 🤷🏼‍♂️...!!!!
I would NEVER refer Pacific Autow Center to Anyone not even my worst enemy...SCAM!!!

THEY ARE A DISGRACE! They’re disgusting liars who quite literally STEAL from innocent people, who then gaslight you and manipulate you for their advantage. They should be shut down immediately. Be careful and don’t trust what they tell you about when you can pick up your car. They told us we couldn’t pick our car up on Friday, or over the weekend because they were “closed”, which we challenged them about considering how do we go the entire weekend without our car? When we went to pick it up on Monday, we were charged ALMOST $800, and they said it was because there is a $65 a day storage fee, and told me they actually COULD have let me pick it up on Friday or over weekend. When I challenged them and told them we were told the complete opposite, Matthew said “sorry, you were mislead because he didn’t tell you the whole truth and English isn’t his first language so he doesn’t know how to communicate properly.” Can you believe that????? Sickening. Absolute CORRUPT. Karma is real. I don’t know how these people sleep at night.
