Find another jeweler. I am a loyal customer and have spent thousands at thier company. My newest ring is one year and two month old (diamond stack ring) and the largest diamond on the bottom fell out. So small I couldn’t find it. There was no damage or reason- clearly this was a manufacture defect. The customer service was awful. Too so long to respond. (Im in a panic bc this was a gift when my son was born and means a lot to me). Originally they tell me to send the ring back to have it inspected (I’m not in nyc) and possibly have it replaced. With further questioning from me- it turns out I’m two months out of the one year warranty so I’m out of luck. They’re not willing to inspect it or help. Good thing I didn’t listen initially and send it —bc they gave me the completely wrong info. I will never ever purchase from them again. $2000 to waste.

It is designer jewelry so you are going to be paying a bit higher price for the ring than say if you got a similar setting from a standard retailer. However, I like their values as a company, in addition to their unique designs, so this was worth the price for me.

I instantly loved the style of the gold Hazeline engagement ring and was thrilled when my (now) husband remembered and proposed with it. The ring is beautifully crafted with elegant details to elevate the classic setting. It also sits low in the prong setting (Pro: doesn't snag as easily, isn't as showy. Con: straight wedding band wont lie flush, doesn't show off the diamond as much)

For my wedding band, I visited the store in LA and worked with Ruth. I must have tried on over two dozen combinations of bands. She was able to keep it all straight and emailed me a summary the next day. I ended up getting the sparkly Tiara Curve band. I do wish they would wave the $75 laser engraving fee.
