I was here yesterday, and I came back again today! 😊 The reason is simple: the coffee tastes great, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere makes me want to come back.
Today, I especially appreciated the service from Kaylyn. Kaylyn was friendly, polite, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant. Even though the store was fairly busy with plenty of customers, Kaylyn continued to work with a smile and a positive attitude, which made me feel very welcome.
For me, great coffee is one reason to return, but great customer service is just as important. When you have both good coffee and friendly employees, it makes the whole experience much more enjoyable.
Thank you, Kaylyn, for the wonderful service and positive energy today! ☕️😊 I’d definitely be happy to return whenever I’m in Washington, DC again!

Coffee tastes burnt, cold foam was very skimpy and disappeared after walking to my car (usually the cold foam is the best at most Starbucks! ) tastes like it's missing flavor of any sort, and lastly, as I'm waiting they marked it completed. I asked them and she pointed to a cup on the counter and said, oh no we're still working on it... so you mean it's actually in the progress status then? Not a good experience in the city by any means

The staff at this Starbucks provide good customer service and make excellent drinks. I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino® and was satisfied. I would highly recommend this location.

This shop is conveniently located near the National Gallery of Art and a Metro Station.

The store itself is neat and clean, and the staff are very efficient.

The black tea, served without ice, sugar, or syrup, is quite refreshing and provides ample hydration.

The free refill is an added bonus, especially on such a hot day.
