OK. Just had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a pet shop from Max the store manager. He is absolutely one of the kindest sweetest people I’ve ever met in my life so grateful for him to help me find a cone replacement for my dogs head after having surgery he literally took wonderful care of me and my puppy and I am eternally grateful this will be in the only pet store I will shop at again because of his compassion. and kindness…

Decent store wouldn't sell me some fish as they i use as feeders as they have floating dead fish in the tank if they cared they wouldn't have dead ones floating so much

Went to get my pets nails cut. Lilli was so knowledgeable and helpful. She walked me through the entire process, let me know what was going on and how I could further help my pet. She was great to work with and you can tell she really does care about the pets she comes across. Appreciated her and all of her help!

Was looking for some soft cat food in a dry formula asked lady at counter she asked another and said its by the freezers went there its all dog food either they didn't care to help and just pointed to get rid of me or they don't know the difference between a dog or a cat I know its the 1st one but don't send customers on a,wild goose chase if you don't know please just say that. Very poor,customer service
