Never got a chance to try them..and never will. I DM'd them on social and sent 2 emails about catering a client lunch...got no response in return. Learn customer service 101 before opening business. Don't care how popular you are on social media, or how good your sandwiches are...you need customer service skills to survive. Best of luck to you.

Got a pizza and a sandwich for $54 with tip. As I was eating the chicken unc paulio sandwich, one piece of chicken was like eating cardboard, old chicken slipped in with fresh ones. The pizza I left to eat later, when I looked at the slice and I am certain, it was a hair. It was a one time visit, will never go back again.

I’ve been wanting to come here ever since they opened and finally I did today… it was definitely well worth the wait!! My friend and I both order sandwiches which were huge (artfully crafted also). Everything from the bread to the cold cuts and veggies were fresh and so delicious. The staff were kind and welcoming. They initially gave me a different sandwich than I ordered and I brought it back for the correct one but they let me keep it for free and I brought it home for my parents to try. I (and my parents) really appreciated it. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back!

A friend introduced us to this culinary delight place in Etobicoke. And I must say this is one place offering authentic Italian pizza and panuozzo. Everything here is made fresh and you can easily tell they're using high quality ingredients.

The place is small but cozy with an open concept kitchen. It gets busy regardless of what time you come, so be prepared to wait.
The food was absolutely incredible, making the wait perfectly worthwhile.

I was excited to try their panuozzo since this is what I mostly ate when we went to Italy. Crudo's Mortadella Panuozzo rival those panuozzo we tried in Italy.

We ordered the Mortadella panuozzo and A'Patata and Americana pizza to try.

I really love and enjoyed the panuozzo! The combination of the crusty bread, savoury mortadella with the sweet, nutty creaminess of the pistachio paste and richness of the stracciatella translates beautifully into a perfect, gourmet and comforting sandwich. It will transport you straight to Rome.

The potato pizza is one of the most surprisingly delicious pizzas you'll ever try. You can tell they're using top quality ingredients judging by how the pizza was fresh and flavourful. The crispy crust topped with creamy mozzarella (fior di latte) and chunks of soft roasted potatoes perfectly complements the salty and savoury ham (prosciutto cotto).

And to cap off a great meal, we ordered the Cafe Cream using Kimbo coffee. This dessert is rich and velvety - the perfect sweet finish to a rich meal.

I highly recommend this place to any food enthusiast.

We drove an hour just to try this authentic Italian restaurant, and it absolutely deserves a 5-star review. While they’re well known for their pizza and panuozzo, the real hidden gem was the calzone , hands down the best I’ve ever had. The dough was perfectly made, the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, and every bite was packed with flavor.
The service was fast, the staff were welcoming and friendly, and parking was easy to find. Definitely worth the drive, and we’ll absolutely be coming back

First time trying Crudo and it was absolutely worth the 1 hour drive. We ordered the Calzone and the Joe Rogan ,both were amazing, super delicious, and very generous portions. The Panuzo was loaded and everything was perfectly prepared.

The customer service was great and very quick, our order was ready in less than 10 minutes. But the biggest highlight was definitely the dough… absolutely incredible. I’ve never had anything similar before. Easily one of the best Italian food experiences in the GTA , honestly from another world. Highly recommend!

This is easily one of the top Italian sandwich spots in Toronto. From the moment you walk in, you feel the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are incredibly kind, professional, and always happy to help, which makes the whole experience even better.

The sandwiches are absolutely outstanding. Everything tastes incredibly fresh, high-quality, and full of authentic flavor. You can really tell that they care about the ingredients and preparation.

And the size… it’s honestly impressive. These sandwiches are huge! It’s hard to even finish half of one because they are so generously filled. They’re packed with delicious ingredients, perfectly balanced, and extremely satisfying.

What I also loved was the overall vibe of the place — relaxed, friendly, and full of positive energy. It’s the kind of spot you’ll want to come back to again and again.

If you’re looking for an authentic, fresh, and incredibly tasty Italian sandwich in Toronto, this place is a must-try. Highly recommended!

Tried the Favoloso Panuozzo at CRUDO PIZZA & PANUOZZO and it absolutely lives up to its name.

The bread was perfectly baked crisp on the outside with that chewy, airy interior you want from a proper panuozzo. Inside, the combination of ricotta cream and oven roasted turkey was rich but balanced, while the sweet peppers added a nice pop of freshness. The arugula gave it a bit of peppery bite, and the balsamic glaze tied everything together with just the right touch of sweetness.

It’s one of those sandwiches that feels indulgent but still light enough that you don’t regret finishing the whole thing. Every ingredient tasted fresh and intentional.

Definitely a solid choice if you’re craving something that’s a step above your usual sandwich. Would 100% order it again.

What a good experience dining in at this place. A little tight in the seating but more than enough room to stuff your face with delicious sandwiches and pizza. A sandwich was enough to feed 2 small to medium sized appetites. I could've eaten a while sandwich to myself.

On to the sandwiches, loaded with which ever near you choose and the bread is freshly baked in house and it's crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. We bought the mortadella and the il crudo and took a pepperoni pizza to go. Don't forget the hot peppers with every bite. I thought the mortadella was better than the il crudo. But not by much. Both were excellent. The pizza was eaten later in the evening and while good, would have been better fresh. It's the typical pizza you'd find in an authentic Italian pizzeria in Canada. 2 sandwiches and a pepperoni pizza came to $90 Brio, water and tip included. Would def recommend to anybody!! Oh and go early cause it gets packed fast. Parking at the rear gets full fast and there's a street directly behind the plaza that is good for parking as well.

Really good overall. The staff, service, and dine-in wait time were great, especially considering how busy it gets. The space is small but they do offer table service, though everyone is seated pretty close together. The vibe is cool, like an Italian bakery which gives it an authentic Italian feel, but I could have done without the hiphop music blasting at times.

The sandwiches are stacked and they definitely don’t skimp on protein. Everything tastes fresh and light despite the generous portions. The prices are exceptional for both the quantity and quality. The desserts were also quite good.

My only note is the dough. I was expecting it to be chewier, more like Neapolitan pizza with some charred flavour, especially for the pizza, but that’s where it misses. The same dough is used for both the sandwiches and pizzas, which did not quite meet that expectation.

Overall, I can easily see this place growing into a full restaurant in the future with a larger space, a proper Neapolitan pizza oven, and alcohol service, making it more of a proper sit-down restaurant than just a sandwich takeout spot.

I ordered a margherita pizza online for pickup. I was irked to see that they suggested a tip starting at 13%. Later on looking at the invoice, I found a $1.99 'service fee'. Those two charges are completely inappropriate for a takeout order. An $18 pizza ended up costing $25.53. That's a 41% higher price when I expected 13% (HST).
They couldn't find my order at first - even though it was right in front of them (so much for service and tip). The pizza was okay but I'm not going back.

Finally tried Crudo and it did not disappoint! Definitely worth the drive and wait!

Now THAT'S a sandwich!

They were sold out of their Saturday sausage special, so we got the Joe Rogan and the Crudo sandwiches. Both were really good! Also tried the diavola pizza, tiramisu, and Biscoff tiramisu. Everything was delicious!

Service was really good. The restaurant was packed. Luckily a table opened up just as we finished ordering.

We will be back!
