Watermen has helped us out a number of times over the years with minor fixes and emergency calls.. This summer, they put in a new sump pit and an emergency back up pump after our basement flooded. They did a great job and their staff was a pleasure to work with.

We really appreciated Lee’s expertise and his down‑to‑earth approach when assessing our hot water tank leak. He was able to come out the very next day, walked us through our options, and offered clear explanations. He even managed to make a challenging situation (a leaking tank right after a recent flood) feel a bit more lighthearted, which we were grateful for. The pricing was fair, and he stuck to the original estimate.

Jen came out the following day to replace our tank, and she was fantastic—friendly, efficient, and clearly took care in the work she did.

Overall, a great experience during a stressful time. Would happily recommend their team.

Scott is a true class act. Quality guy and quality work. Would recommend him to anyone. He's doing a sump pump for us but can do anything HVAC and plumbing related. Thanks Scott!

Waterman is a top notch outfit. They have helped me out at my house with plugged drains and also at my shop with sinks and big wash basins. They are good at adjusting their schedule and getting someone out to you ASAP if you have an emergency.
