Awesome experience. Kyle was helpful, informative and prepared to deal with our water heater and filter while also directing us to proper channels of getting our water treatment system serviced.

Replaced our anode rod, fixed the filter, showed me every step on dealing with the problems going forwards and was an overall great guy to deal with.

Will 100% be coming back to him for any future plumbing needs.

We had a difficult Heat-Line (in-line product that stops pipes from freezing) installation in an old cottage. Kyle employed fantastic initiative and problem solving skills to make the system work. His communication, professionalism and positive demeanour made for an excellent experience. I will definitely use KFS Plumbing in the future.

Great Service. This is an owner operater plumber. Kyle called me back promptly and gave me some solution ideas over the phone. Gave me an estimate of day and time he could be available. Messaged me a few times throughout the day to narrow the time down even though he was within his initial estimate. Very friendly with lots of helpful advice. Completed my job efficiently and rate was very reasonable. I was very impressed. Saved his contact to my phone and will now always call him first as needed.

Kyle was asked to come give me a quote on changing a couple of things in my two bathrooms. I was most grateful when he recommended options and solutions to try before replacing things unnecessarily. If you’re looking for a friendly and very professional plumber, Kyle is your guy!

Kyle does excellent work and is very thorough. He's helped us this year twice: once with a leak from a shower drain, and more recently to help us change a water filter. He is happy to answer any questions you may have beyond the issue you call him for, and is honest about your cost and options. A great guy and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
