We were amazed by the quality of service, and attention to detail given by the owner, who did the work himself. A truly great man, who obviously cares about his customers. We will be back, and recommend him as highly as possible. He really went the extra mile for us.

Edit 7/25/26: In response to your 2nd paragraph:

You're statement of: providing an estimate BEFORE beginning work is false. I asked several times to have the estimate sent to me between the 1st and 2nd visits either by text or email. It wasn't provided to me until i asked again on my 3rd visit when I brought my own Invoice sheet to have it filled out by you. By that time I had already spoke with my insurance and they've said they will not cover these services.

Lost over $800 to be left with more issues on my truck than when I brought it in.

I had to come back 2 times after the initial visit (3x visits) (a total of 15 days without my vehicle). Each time being sold on something that was never fulfilled.

Came to clean/remove a gallon of honey spilt in my third row, and it's carpets, and underneath the carpets. (3rd row seating was collapsible so there was space between the carpet and the bare metal)

-3rd row seat frame assembly/bolts now has rust over the majority of the metal surfaces

(when i reviewed the work from the 2nd visit, there was water pooled around the bolts and it's surroundings of the seating frames, and had begun to rust. 3rd visit review found rust has spread all over the seating frame)

Granted this is surface rust but, if left alone in the future the option to remove the seats will be difficult and costly. I was told after the 2nd visit this would be remediated and that did not happen.

Based on the pooled water, they made little to no attempt to hand dry or use air movers to remove the excess water.

-Mildew smell in the trunk/3rd row

-Splash stains on the 3rd row, from what I assume was the shampoo attempt to remove the honey.

-I left with less honey, (this is after the 2nd and 3rd visit)
(but there was still clearly pockets of honey pooled under the 3rd row/carpets & carpet still sticky with honey)

-I also bought an interior detail for the 2nd visit and STILL had sand/dirt all along the outer edges of my carpet.

I will definitely be coming back here again! Friendly, professional service and a great job detailing my SUV. They were able to remove some stubborn stains as well as dog hair from my two golden retrievers. Very reasonably priced as well. I highly recommend them.

Wanted to get an estimate for paint correction on my used and abused 2022 M240i and ended up getting it corrected and a ceramic coating done and I love the results that I got from the service. Pretty much a brand new car now. Love the engagement from the owner and his employee, would recommend to anyone.

Edit: (changed stars) The response shows this business will stand by their work and make it right! I also want to add that the staff (owner?) was very personable.

This was supposed to a $450 interior & exterior detail. They also had her car for 3-4 days without calling. The exterior was up sold to her for $100+, and all they did is shine the wheels. An $11 automatic carwash would have been better. To be fair, my mother was too timid to speak up to them, so they didn't get a chance to make it right.
