Such an amazing store! We came in for the first time, to check it out! Everything you could want, as far as cocktails, wine beer, & gifts! Customer service was at its best, and several different tastings throughout! Love all of the choices, and how clean and organized it is! There was so much to explore, and impressed with the specialty selections, and there is even a room for get togethers, or meetings! Left with my pumpkin 🎃 Beer! 🍻

Walking into this place feels like a candy store for adults. The selection is unbelievable whether you’re looking for a rare bourbon, a great bottle of wine for dinner, craft beer, cigars, or something new to try. The store is clean, well organized, and surprisingly easy to navigate despite how massive it is.
What really stood out was the staff. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping instead of just pointing toward an aisle. They made recommendations without being pushy and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
If you live in Destin or are visiting the Emerald Coast, this is absolutely worth the stop. The prices are competitive, the inventory is outstanding, and the overall shopping experience is far better than a typical liquor store. Whether you’re stocking up for a beach vacation, a dinner party, or just grabbing a bottle for the weekend, this place has you covered. Easily one of the best additions to Destin.

Steve at Total Wine & More provided truly outstanding customer service!

My husband and I stopped in at the last minute, in a huge rush, looking for champagne to celebrate friends who had recently eloped. We only had about 10 minutes before meeting them and wanted to greet them with a bottle of sparkling wine in hand. After talking with Steve, we realized we were actually looking for Prosecco, and he immediately stepped in to help.

Steve went above and beyond to find exactly what we needed. When the bottle we wanted wasn’t on the shelf, he offered to check the back for us. Then, when we mentioned that we planned to open it right away, he thoughtfully guided us to the refrigerated section where they had the same bottle already chilled and ready to enjoy.

Throughout the entire interaction, Steve was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping us. He made excellent recommendations, walked us all the way to the register, and even took the time to tell us about upcoming store events. His positive attitude and attention to detail turned what could have been a stressful last-minute errand into a fantastic experience.

Exceptional customer service like this is rare, and Steve deserves recognition for going the extra mile. Thank you, Steve, for helping us make our friends’ special celebration even more memorable!

Definitely what this area was needing. A great selection and knowledgeable, friendly associates. The store was well organized and the associates were happy to help and chat. Not pushy as some other reviews have said. Get the app to know when there are classes. The classroom looks like it can hold quite a few people but tickets will probably sell quickly.
