Great customer service. They checked on us repeatedly throughout our meal. Excellent barbecue restaurant. Check out the online menu for all options. Barbecue brisket, ribs, chicken, turkey. Sandwiches. Stuffed baked potatoes. Plenty of side dishes like creamed corn, coleslaw, potato salad. Banana pudding. They give you as much sliced white bread as you want. A side table serves up pickles, sliced onions, jalapeños, cherry peppers. Lots of bottled drink choices. Fountain drinks.
The portions are large! Sandwiches are stuffed. A portion of baby back ribs is 3 meaty ribs. You won’t leave hungry!
They are open for breakfast and serve burritos with egg, cheese, brisket, jalapeño sausage. They are ready made at the front but they will make a special order for you in the restaurant.

Most bbq places in Midland are mid. So therefore my expectations were not that high. And givin the time I went in, which was about 7 on a Tuesday evening, i was not expecting fresh food. And to my very pleasant surprise the food was very fresh and hot. Pretty tasty. Not to fatty and not too dry. I didn't even need bbq sause on my brisket sandwich. But had some for the full experience. And the best part of it all was they gave me a very hefty portion, which is not what im used to. Lol,cough Rosas, 😆. All in all i will be going back for sure.

Is it the worlds best bbq? No. But on this day it was the best in Midland!!

8 out of 10.

Tried Rudy’s in Midland for the first time today. I had been to Rudy’s in other cities, but first time in my local Midland restaurant. The service was great, kind and friendly. The food was on point, truly enjoyed it all. The atmosphere was good also, several people there but not too loud or crowded. Very clean tables and the condiment and drink areas were also clean. They even came by my table and picked up my basket and late my trash even. Overall GREAT experience and can’t wait to go back with my family and even some of my clients. Well done Rudy’s A+++++
