We had a fantastic first experience with Quality Heat and Air, all thanks to our technician, Amy! She arrived exactly on time and took the time to ask detailed questions about our AC issues. She even researched and consulted with her team to ensure we got the absolute best results.Beyond her expertise, Amy was incredibly personable and amazing around our kids and dogs. She kept us informed every step of the way, teaching us great tips and tricks to keep our home systems running smoothly between annual maintenance visits. She clearly explained the cause of our current issue and told us what to watch out for in the future. To our surprise, the service was highly affordable and gave us complete peace of mind for future maintenance. We will definitely continue working with this company!

Needed a new system, had it installed within 2 days. Would have liked my original repaired but it was 32 years old and a trooper it lasted that long (salute!) guy who came were very professional and courteous, not too mentioned they did it in the pouring rain which is an Xbox achievement on its own. Totally thought they were going to cancel when u woke up to thunder and pouring rain. Great job both sales and execution. A lot of money to invest in a new unit but if you have to do it, get someone who will do it right the first time.

The Quality Heating,Cooling,Plumbing & Electrical techs performed the outlet replacement/upgrade in my house expertly and explained about the residential wiring code requirements. Nate and Cameron did a great job. I’m very pleased, thanks.

Awesome company that did a thorough job from the quoting, final cost, and to installing a new Heat and AC unit at my family home in Jenks! The rep came out and then had his guys out the next day for installation of a whole new system. The techs were very polite, detailed, and explained everything for what they completed. Thank you to the employees that helped Rich, Keyton, and Will Hill! Great job!

From the initial system check to reviewing options and completing the install, the team was communicative, professional and thorough. They kept us updated throughout the entire process and took extra time afterward to explain everything, setup the thermostat, help download the app, and make sure everything worked perfectly. I never felt pressured, overcharged, or left guessing. It was a terrific experience from start to finish. We will definitely use them again. Great team!
