For many years I went to the Guelph Line location and was never disappointed; twice I've been to the Appleby Line store and now will never return. First, when I was there yesterday (July 29) I was with 3 other customers waiting from 10-40 minutes (late) for our orders. Second, neither the bbq nor lemon pepper were outstanding, completely bland and forgettable. Third, my order was for XL wings and what I received made me wonder what your regular size wings are; word of advise, drop the XL from your menu because it's false advertising. There are at least 9 different places within 1km of my home that serve chicken sandwiches/wings so there's a lot of choices for my dollars of which I can say with some certainty that Wings Up will never get again.

Wonderful experience at this wingsup!! They serve fresh and hot wings with less to no wait time. Had a great time and Avadhesh is superstar of this restaurant.

Dinesh is the best!! Great food and great service every time! The wings are always fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. There are plenty of sauce options to choose from, and the portions are generous for the price. The staff are friendly, the orders are accurate, and the food is consistently good. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I’m craving wings. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience! I got 1 lb of wings for free during Customer Appreciation Day, which was such a great surprise. The food arrived fresh and hot, and you could really tell it was made with care. On top of that, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made everything even better. Definitely coming back again!

Great wings from this place, I had the chance to try 1 lbs of their wings with Thai sauce and they were excellent. I enjoyed how flavorful the sauce was, not necessarily hot as mentioned, but still good. I appreciated the sides, as wedges are a twist that I don't normally expect with wings. You can tell the wings are very high quality and they don't skimp out on the size of the wings, as they are massive. Blue cheese sauce also ❤️
